Paddington Way Gate Update
December 9, 2025
The Paddington Way Access Gate will be held open for construction access and to protect the community from excessive wear and tear on the gates.
- Access hours are as follows:
- Monday – Friday from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Saturday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
The Board of Directors is exploring options for upgrading the gate systems, with updated technology. Additional research is ongoing including consideration of tag readers, video technology, and/ or window decals.
We want to remind homeowners not to share gate codes with unauthorized persons and not to allow other to use their codes.
The community gates will remain closed at night to prevent unauthorized access during non-construction hours.
